Presell Customer Information
For this project I re-designed the Customer Information screen dividing the content into 3 different tabs: Schedule, Contact, and More information. “Schedule” will show the hours of operation, hours for delivery, delivery window, and store location. “Contact” will show the information of the person to contact when a delivery and/or sales visit will happen, and the ability for the user to call, email, and/or text the contact person. “More” will show any payment terms, liquor license and/or permits the store needs to have up-to-date.

Salesperson
Karina Doe is a saleswoman on the road. Her journey is: contact her next customer to make sure they are available for when she arrives, get the address on her gps to get to the store, have liquor license and permits on hand to make sure he can sell alcohol products to the store, and, once in the store, she needs to give the client a preliminary delivery schedule of the order. She also needs to be aware of the store business hours in order to schedule the delivery accordingly. The app didn’t provide an easy way to get a hold of all this information.
