Credit card (mobile app)

Members have been asking for an app for years. They expressed that having a mobile app to manage their credit card account would help them keep better track of their payments and transactions, anytime and anywhere.

We agreed!

PowerUp

an interface for tracking home appliance repair orders. The interface should allow users to manage their repair orders easily and view status updates across different devices

Streamlined Application

Since partner agents’ job is in a money transfer store, they are used to 3-5 minute transactions. A loan application process, before the enhancements, could take 15+ minutes to complete the first part of the process.

Hypothesis - improve the partner agents’ experience to incentivize them to start and complete more applications.

The goal was to simplify the overall flow for partner agents, increase the number of completed applications, and reduce the time of the client and the agent in the store.

Coverage Determinations

Specialists, Managers, and Pharmacists need a simpler and more flexible workflow to make determinations faster.

Solution:

  • Eliminate steps in the workflow, just have one main Case View

  • UI to be intuitive to the user (modernize the platform's front-end)

  • Workflow to be flexible for claims coming from faxes, created manually, and ePA (electronic claims from providers)

Zone Picking

Warehouse employees pick pallets, cases, and/or kegs from different zones/aisles, and bring those to a central desk. They were in need of an app where they could track their work easily.

Presell Promotions

The salesperson needs an easy way to show product promotions to their clients and add these discounts when making an order for the store.

Warehouse Dashboard

The Warehouse App helps employees take care of the warehouse inventory. In this illustration, I’m only going to be showing the Dashboard where employees will be able to see their weekly work and most recent actions.

Presell Product Information

Salespeople need to have all the information possible on-hand about the product they are about to sell. For this, the requirement was that as a salesperson, the user needs to have a clean way of presenting the product information and any other data that could help the salesperson sell the product effectively.

Presell Customer Information

For this project, I re-designed the Customer Information screen dividing the content into 3 different tabs: Schedule, Contact, and More.
