Salesperson strategy to increase sales

eoStar provided its clients with ways to promote certain products by creating seasonal, mix and match, or any other specific group of discounts. This was very useful to salespeople because it was a way to incentivize customers and increase sales.

The need

It was difficult to find the promotions in the app

eoStar data was contacted to Presell, an app that allows salespeople to make orders when visiting their clients. When a salesperson was making an order, it was difficult for them to know if a product qualified for discounts (promotions), how to find these promotions, and how to add them to their current order.

Some clients didn’t even know it was possible to add promotions to an order, they were loosing potential sales.

The solution

An easy way to find promotions

Our solution was to:

  • Add a promotions section to the order screen only if there were promotions available for any item inside the order

  • On the product page, add the promotion’s tag

  • Add filters and a search bar for salespeople to better locate promotions

  • Details about the promotion and a guided step-by-step for salespeople to know when the customer had qualified for the the discounts
